As a garment manufacturer we are, all garments are produced in our own workshops, while some of our clients would like to order the goods except the garments, so we expand our business area and provide more choices for our clients, our service contents include:
1) Garment Manufacturing: we accept customized type order only, we don’t sell any ready-made garments, overstock is special, we can create the pattern as per client’s picture, clients don’t have to send any original sample, but an original sample from client to send for copy manufacturing would be a best job. All garment produced out from scratches start from ordering fabric, pattern making, trims, assembling, packing, all details are custom made as per client’s request, so every details can be done as UNIQUE as possible. Our “printing” and “embroidery” page is to show the types of work we can make, we don’t provide the service for printing and embroidery separately when clients provide their own blank garments, especially for our clients from domestic. 2) Garment Accessories Manufacturing: we provide production service for garment related accessory, all will be customized work too. For any accessory you are interested to be custom made, but they weren’t list in our site, please send your enquiry, we will let you know by return if we can make it for you. Please also note, all accessory are “outsource” work, we don’t produce them by ourselves.

Where is your factory's location?
A:
Our factory locate in ShenZhen city in China, which is half-an-hour car or train time to Hongkong, one-hour to GuangZhou city, capital of GuangDong province.

How can we get an accurate quote from your company? And the production time for our order?
A:
You are expected to provide these basic information as following:
order quantity
size chart, or we can advise our available size chart for your confirmation if you could let us know who's your consumer? Are they from America, Europe, Oceania, Africa, or Asia?
fabric details, such as fabric content, weight, texture, feature, etc.
garment design photo, drawing w/ descriptions, or virtual sample photo will be fine.
logo information, accessories list, special workmanships, and other basic information if you have, all details will be considered and take into our cost estimation when we calculate the actual cost and help us offer the accurate price to you.

How can we get our goods if we placed an order with your factory?
A:
YanTian harbor in ShenZhen is the one of busiest international harbor, it's routine shipping line nearly covered all the international sea ports. It is very convenient for us to ship the goods to any port you designated. Meanwhile, relying on the assistance of Hongkong international airport, our goods can be shipped by all kinds of express company and air shipping companies within very short time and lowest shipping rate. Our most used express company include DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT. Express shipment support the door to door service, that is to say, our clients can receive the goods in their doorway instead of collecting the goods in the port.
5.Q:
How should we know the quality you offered is the right one we need?
A:
When we received your detailed order information, we will find same quality or similar quality counterpart sample for your inspection before you decide to place us the order, that is called "reference sample". Our available samples in showroom is free of charge, our clients are expected to pay the shipping cost to get them. For customized samples in need to personally check the quality before placing the order, reasonable sampling fee will be charged by us, the fee will be refunded back when the order placed. Most importantly, once the counter sample we have made was rejected due to sewing quality, or other problems due to our factory's reason, we will re-make it without any extra charge until our client's approval to the end.
Beside reference sample, we can submit exact counter sample as requested detailed specifications, pre-production sample, during-production sample also called bulk sample, shipment sample for our client's fully monitoring to the whole mass production.
6.Q:
What’s the payment condition, how should we pay if we place an order?
A:
Our quote is on the basis of FOB, CNF, CIF, CMT.
Related deposit to TT in advance when we proceed mass production for your order, balance amount will be paid off after all goods are fully inspected and confirm no any problem in our warehouse by clients or third party authorized.
7.Q:
What should we do if the negotiated delivery time was delayed by your factory?
A:
Delivery, quality, service, three items are our top concerns. If any one day delayed for shipping the goods due to our factory's problem, we will compensate 3‰ of total goods value by each day.
